Infinite Therapy Solutions is a Multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy Center. We provide OT, PT, speech, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children in their homes and our Bayonne clinic. We believe in a team approach where a multitude of strategies and therapeutic interventions are necessary to treat the "whole" child and help them reach their goals. We are inter-disciplinary collaborators and educators to parents and families. Professionalism, compassion, flexibility, and optimal clinical care is held highly.

These are the
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
DO YOU HAVE ….
-
A Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field
-
A Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client
-
The ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations
-
The aptitude to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
-
BCBA Certification for a minimum of 2 years (preferred but not required)
-
Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation
-
All the Current required trainings/certifications

Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dynamic Behavior Technician who will:
-
is available to work with children in Harrison, NJ
-
is available during the week from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; days may vary
-
has at least 1 year experience working in ABA
-
is skilled in behavior management.
-
RBT or a certified Special Education teacher preferred.
-
is an excellent position for a candidate who is in the process of becoming a BCBA.
*Please note, we will train the right candidate with the right mindset even without direct BT experience.

Speech Therapist

We are searching for a flexible, resourceful speech therapist to join our team. The speech therapist's responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing individual treatment plans, liaising with teachers, family members, and other healthcare professionals, administering therapy and monitoring progress, and ensuring patients and their families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques. You should also be able to work with patients from different backgrounds and be willing to make house calls. To be successful as a speech therapist, you should be passionate about social and biological science, language, and human anatomy. Exceptional Speech Therapists are caring, adaptable, and able to use available resources to find solutions.

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders.

Communicating with the patient, and liaising with their family members, physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.

Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.

Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field by attending conferences, conducting research, and expanding professional and academic networks.

Educating patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies.
-
Taking detailed notes on patient history and progress.
-
Providing mentoring and workshops to speech therapy students.
-
Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.

Speech Therapist Requirements:

Master's degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.

Relevant license and certification.
-
Experience with certain disorders and age groups may be required.

Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.

Familiarity with database management software. ( will train )

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
